Edward Greene
Chief Human Resources Officer
Edward is Chief Human Resources Officer for Ascensus, where he oversees the company's human capital strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives.
For more than 30 years, Edward has helped organizations align talent and culture with business strategy, believing that engaged, empowered associates are essential to delivering value for clients and driving sustainable growth.
Before joining Ascensus, Edward served as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at Iron Mountain, where he helped advance organizational and talent priorities and lead enterprise change initiatives. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer, he led Iron Mountain's global people strategy for 26,000 associates across more than 60 countries.
His career includes leadership roles across financial services and other industries, including FactSet Research Systems, Surfside Capital Advisors, Voya Financial, and Fidelity Investments.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Edward serves on the boards of the Boston Ballet and Martha's Vineyard Hospital and is a founding member of the Black Trustees Alliance. Previously, he served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, where he will become an honorary trustee in September 2026. He also serves on Eastern Bank's Board of Advisors and as a director of SoHookd, a workplace wellness benefits company.
